Discovery Duo is a dual technology digital detector designed to prevent false alarms in harsh environments including residential, commercial or light industrial areas.

Discovery Duo combines in a single unit two complementary technologies – a passive infrared (PIR) sensor and an active Microwave sensor – achieving an unprecedented capability to distinguish between the motion of a human body and any other disturbance.

Discovery DUO implements a new generation of patented technologies, including advanced microwave DRO front-end utilizing Digital Signal Processing (DSP), "True Motion Recognition"^™ using Fuzzy Logic algorithm" (TMR), and state-of-the-art 3D cylindrical optics.
